She is survived by a son in law William R. Higgins of Hillsboro MO, 2 Grand
sons William S. Higgins (wife Tanna) of Florissant MO and Boyd R. Higgins
of Hillsboro MO, 2 great grandchildren, Kristen and Erin Higgins. Also
survived by 2 Sisters Ted Jones of Bloomfield Indiana and Ruby Erwin of
Largo Fl, 2 brothers Mark and Marshel Russell both of Indianapolis Indiana.
Preceded in death by her husband Dave G. Stephens and Beverly A. Higgins
her daughter, also her parents Bill and Bell Russell.
