at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur, Mo. 

Born May 14, 1921, in De Soto, Missouri.

He was the founder of American Boiler Company,  a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church. 

Thirty year plus member of the Masonic Lodge.

12 year member of the Hillsboro R-3 School Board and the National School Board Assoc.

Veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII. 

Harry and Wanda were wed August 05, 1942,  in St. Louis, Missouri.

He is Survived by His wife, Wanda Nadine Hemphill Nee (Simpson) of Hillsboro

His Children, Richard C. (Janet) Hemphill, of Chesterfield, Mo, 

Douglas D. (Lynn) Hemphill of St. Louis, MO. and 

Michael W. (Mary) Hemphill of Hillsboro, MO.
