Daniel A. Ziegler, age 79 of Hillsboro, Missouri.
Passed away on October 14, 2005, in Crystal City, Mo.
Born February 06, 1926, in Maxville, Mo. He was the son of the late Joseph and Theresa Ziegler (nee Sheman).
Daniel was a farmer and sold his produce at Soulard Market in St. Louis, Mo for 64 years.
Daniel was WWII Army veteran, member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus # 6401 and Amvets Post #48, De Soto Mo. Daniel and his wife Rita were married October 24, 1953, in Arnold, Mo.

McCaine Joseph Zimmer, age 31, of Arnold, Missouri, passed away July 4, 2005, at the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.
He was born May 7, 1974, in Waterloo, Iowa.
McCaine obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri,
a Law Degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia and was a partner in the Law Firm of Breeze, Roberts, Ponder-Bates & Zimmer.
He had previously served in the Army Reserves for 6 years, was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Imperial, Missouri,
and a volunteer coach for several years with the Fox High School Wrestling Team.
McCaine was also a member of the Arnold Jaycees and Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. He was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus. McCaine was a member of the Missouri Bar and Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
He was proud to be a lawyer, especially proud to be a trial attorney.
Survived by his wife, Kristy J. Zimmer, (nee Morrison) of Arnold, Missouri, a son McCaine J. Zimmer, II, of Arnold, Missouri,
parents Jeanine and Robert Benac (nee Holthaus) of Moberly, Missouri, a brother, Damon D. Zimmer of Mission, K.S.,
a sister Alana J. (Scott) Roethle of Pearland, Texas, and a mother-in-law, Rosalie Morrison Bolin (nee Rebagliati) of Oskaloosa, Iowa.
Visitation is Thursday, July 7, 2005, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 6024 Old Antonio Road, Imperial, Missouri.
