Warren Stanley Hayes, age 57, of Festus, Missouri  passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at his residence.  He was born August 11, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Mildred M. (nee Clubb) and Elmer Joe Hayes.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an infant brother and a sister-in-law, Jackie Witwicky He is survived by his wife Mary Ellen (nee Pigg) Hayes;  a sister Judith Lynn (Dr. George) Hand of Birmingham, Alabama, his father and mother-in-law, Lloyd and Leah Pigg of  DeSoto, Missouri;  sisters-in-law, Donna (the late Sam) Frazier of Big Sandy, Tennessee, Jane (Steve) Martino of Phoenix, Arizona;  brothers-in-law, Bob (Brenda) Pigg of DeSoto, Richard (Cindy) Pigg of Hillsboro, Missouri, Edward (Tammy) Pigg  of Kokomo, Indiana;  nieces Emily Hand, Leslie Gooch, Carla Ruble, Samantha (Ron) Frazier, Heather (Scott) Meador, Tricia Stubbs, Kelly (Eric) Bartch, Amanda Pigg, Amy (Dave) Hunt;  nephews, Gregory (Tobie) Hand, Shane Witwicky, Dillon Martino, Austin Martino and Eddie Pigg. Ruth "Bugs" Neimann, 74, of Festus entered into rest Aug 1, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Ctr, Crystal City. Born Jan 28, 1936, in Tiff, MO, to the late Chester and Verna (Coleman) Boyer. Survived by husband, Lloyd K. Neimann, Sr; daughter, Sherry Roth of DeSoto; 3 brothers; 4 sisters; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is  preceded in death by a son, Lloyd "Butch" Neimann. Funeral service was Wed, Aug 4, 2010 at Mahn Twin City Chapel.

Lajeania Mae “Jean” Pruneau, age 66, of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Crystal City, Missouri.  She was born January 12, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Evelyn (nee Strong) Summers and Cecil Tullock. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Brian Christopher Pruneau 9/23/07. She is survived by her husband Larry Pruneau of Crystal City, three sons Larry A. “Tony” (Rachel L.) Pruneau, Jr. of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Patrick L. Pruneau of Arlington Heights, Illinois, Brent Pruneau of Crystal City, five grandchildren, Brett, Lauren, Ryan, Sean and Emily Pruneau and two brothers, Patrick Tullock of Bonne Terre and Robin L. Summers of Pevely, Missouri. She was a longtime beautician in the Twin City area and a member of Sacred Heart Church, Crystal City. James Dana “Jim” Zoellner, age 55, of Festus, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at his residence.  He was born March 21, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Sylvia “Tibby” (nee Schembre) Zoellner of Herculaneum, Missouri and the late James G. Zoellner. He is survived by 3 daughters, Jamie Zoellner of Chicago, Illinois, Lindsey and Melyssa Zoellner of Festus, two sisters Mary J. (Mike) Linderer of Shawnee, Kansas and Julie L. (Craig) Smale of Festus and his former wife Lynn (nee Hook) Zoellner of Festus. He was employed as the Head Groundskeeper at Delmar Gardens West in Chesterfield, Missouri.  He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City, Missouri, the Knights of Columbus #1230, Elks Lodge #1721 and the Festus/Crystal City Conservation Club. Private family services were held on Monday, July 5, 2010 at Vinyard Funeral Home, Festus, Missouri.  Memorials preferred to Neumann Family Services, Chicago, Illinois or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.

Amalie Ivanko, age: 89, of  Festus, MO (formerly of St. Louis, MO), passed away August 2, 2010 Festus Manor Nursing Facility, Festus, MO. She was a Homemaker. Born January 19, 1921 in Jefferson County, MO, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clay & Pearla (nee Wideman) McBroom. She was married to Joseph Ivanko. She is survived by a Brother: James “Frank” McBroom – De Soto, MO (Preceded in death by siblings Woodrow McBroom, Mae Wilson, Edna Hoff, and Leona Masters), and survived by many nieces and nephews. Paul “Rick” Behr, age 52, of St. Louis, MO, passed away July 3, 2010 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO. He was a Truck Driver for Breckenridge Material. Born November 9, 1957 in Farmington, MO , he was the son of the late James T. Betty L. (nee Decker) Behr. He is survived by his daughter: Samantha Lynn Behr and her mother Robin (nee Tidwell) Behr both of St. Louis, MO; Brothers & Sisters: Survived by one sister Nancy (Leonard) Ackman of Hematite, MO & one brother, James Behr of Kansas City, MO. Lilly Emma Fluegel, age 89 of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Crystal Oaks Skilled Nursing Center, Crystal City.  She was born September 22, 1920 in Perry County, Missouri the daughter of the late Dorothea (nee Thomas) and Arthur Fred Fluegel.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother Parker Fluegel, two nephews, Stephen Fluegel who died in infancy and Gary Fluegel. She is survived by a brother Roy (Jean) Fluegel of Hernando, Florida, a sister-in-law Alberta Crader of Crystal City, numerous nieces and nephew including Sharon (Franke) Elliott of Crystal City, Terry (Lori) Fluegel of Festus, Missouri, Keith (June) Fluegel of Inverneff, Florida.  She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews including Franke P. Elliott, Jr. of Nashville, Tennessee, Jennifer Elliott of Kirkwood, Missouri, Gidget (Bob) Mudd of Festus, Casey Jo Fluegel of St. Louis and numerous great-great nieces and nephews. She was a retired office supervisor for PPG and Beiderman’s Trucking Company. Bonnie Gertrude Darden, age 90 of Pevely, Missouri passed away July 3, 2010 at Fountainbleau Nursing Center, Festus, Missouri.  She was born March 17, 1920 in Patterson, Missouri the daughter of the late Margaret Elizabeth (nee Shearrer) and Roy Leslie Atnip.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Winford Elbert Darden and two grandchildren Kelly Ann Darden and Kevin Matthew Darden. She is survived by daughters, Wilma Marie (the late Hal) Miller of Lovilia, Iowa, Donna (John) Montgomery of Maryland Heights, Missouri; sons, Roger E. (Debbie) Darden of Festus, Luther Charles (Jean) Darden of Newark, Delaware, Marvin Lee (the late Ruthie) Darden of Piedmont, Missouri;  two brothers, Thomas Joe Atnip of Patterson, Missouri, William Henry (Margaret) Atnip of Wappappello, Missouri, 15 Grandchildren, 33 Great-Grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Elizabeth Louise ”Tudi” Donnell, age 93, of Festus, Missouri passed away Sunday, July 4, 2010 at Lenoir Woods Center in Columbia, Missouri.  She was born June 17, 1917 in Festus, Missouri the daughter of the late Elizabeth Louise (nee Stoll) and Herman W. Posch.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William Howe “Jack” Donnell. She is survived by two daughters, Julie (Dennis) Boyd of Festus and Susan Elizabeth (Gary) Scott of Columbia;  a brother Herman (Kay) Posch of California; a brother-in-law Robert “Ely” Donnell of Crystal City, Missouri; 4 grandchildren Ross Donnell (Katie) Boyd, Jodi (Nathan) Turley, Katie (Robbie Pauley) Scott and Erin Scott; numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Crystal City, retired after 20 years with Citizens Bank of Festus and 14 years at Festus Elementary School.  She was a former member of the Jefferson County Secretaries Association, a charter member of the Twin City Sonateers and a volunteer at Central Missouri Food Bank in Columbia, Missouri. She was born February 16, 1925 the daughter of the late Anton and Josephine (nee Grither) Werner.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Francis A. Kist, sisters Anna Eisenbeis and Florence Carron and brothers Leonard, Ernest and Leo Werner. She is survived by daughters, Josalyn Moran of Chicago, Illinois;  Kathy (Michael) Boltin of Omaha, Nebraska;  Nancy (Ken) Weis of St. Louis, Missouri;  Linda (Chris) Null of Crystal City;  Denise (Steve Auberry) Kist of Festus, a son Larry Kist of St. Louis, 10 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren. She was a member of St. Lawrence Church, Lawrenceton and a 60 year member of the Daughters of Isabella. Carly Elizabeth Ross, age 18, of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Wednesday July 14, 2010 as a result of injuries received in an auto accident in Jefferson County, Missouri.  She was born July 31, 1991 the daughter of Michael and Mary (nee Henson) Ross.  She is preceded in death by a grandmother, Mary Katherine (nee Lucas) Henson and a grandfather, Bud Ross. In addition to her parents she is survived by a sister, Samantha Ross and a brother, Joseph Ross both of Crystal City, grandparents Robert and Peggy Henson of Festus, Missouri, Patricia Ross of Columbia Falls, Montana, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was a 2010 graduate of Crystal City High School enrolled to attend Central Missouri State University at Warrensburg, Missouri. Visitation at Vinyard Funeral Home, Festus 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Vickie (LeVall) Neal, 55, of DeSoto passed away July 11, 2010 in Crystal City.  Mrs. Neal was a coordinator for the W.I.C. program in Hillsboro.  She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.  Born August 5, 1954 in DeSoto, she was the daughter of Dorothy M. (Boyster) LeVall of DeSoto and the late Edgar "Speed" LeVall. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 28 years, Brett Neal of DeSoto; one son, Eric J. (Erin) Neal of Arnold; one daughter, Holly R. Neal of DeSoto; three brothers Gary (Dee Dee) LeVall of Imperial, Jeff (Myrna) LeVall of DeSoto and Shane LeVall of DeSoto; a sister, Karen Carrow of DeSoto; and three grandchildren: Brianna, Tayler and Olivia. Funeral services were scheduled for 10:00am , July 15 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in DeSoto, officiated by Rich Grayson. Burial was in the Peaceful Ridge Cemetery in DeSOto.  Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research.  Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in DeSoto.

Ronda K. Dalton, 44, of DeSoto passed away July 12, 2010 in Crystal City.  Mrs. Dalton was a homemaker, Born October 25, 1965 in Beloit, Kansas, she was the daughter of Hillera J. (White) Roussin of DeSoto. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Kenneth Dalton of DeSoto; three sons:  Christopher Dalton of DeSoto, Brian K. Dalton of DeSoto and Tim (Kelly) White of Gulf Breeze, Florida; two daughters: Jennifer K. Dalton of DeSoto and Sarah E. Dalton of DeSoto; two brothers: Richard G. (Michelle) Reddick of Viola, Arkansas and Clifford J. Reddick; a sister, Tammy J. Schonberner of Nevada, Missouri; and one grandchild. A memorial gathering was planned for 10a.m. and a memorial service 11a.m. , Saturday, July 17, 2010at Mahn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Wayne Gibson.  Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in DeSoto.

She was a retired  developmental assistant for the State of MO. Born Jan. 26, 1930, in Franklin County, IL. to the late Archie and Fleta (Dethrow) Roberts. Survived by brothers: Edward and Robert Cohoon. Memorial service was held Sat, July 17, 2010 at Mahn Twin City Chapel, Festus.

Tiggs, age 92 of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Festus Manor Nursing Center, Festus, Missouri.  She was born March 8, 1918 in Crystal City, Missouri the daughter of the late Mary Luella (nee Higginbotham) and Walter A. Bland.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John Tiggs, Jr., brothers, W. Edmond (the late Lillian) Bland, Raymond (the late Frances) Bland and Junior Herbert Bland, sisters, Helen (the late Quinton) Bryant, Grace (Leonard survives) Stone, Agnes Bland, Bernice Bland and Florence Bland who died in infancy.  She is survived by a brother Spencer (Dorothy) Bland of Festus, nieces and nephews, Beatrice (Mark) Campbell, Earline (the late Henry) Stewart, Cassandra (James) Blanks, beloved great niece and caregiver Lillian Spicer Manning of Crystal City, numerous great, great-great and great-great-great nieces and nephews. She was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Crystal City and worked at several local restaurants including Petit Paree in Festus. Edgar A. Reddick, 80, entered into rest July 16, 2010 at his DeSoto residence. Born Sept 3, 1929, in Lamar, MS,  to the late Edgar and Hattie (Dowdy) Reddick. Survived by sons:  Aaron (Cheryl) Reddick, Sammy J. Reddick, Larry (Lee) Reddick,  Jeffrey Reddick & Willie Daniel; 34 grandchildren; and 35 great grandchildren. Steve E. Montgomery, age 53, of Festus, Missouri passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, Missouri.  He was born September 7, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Rosemarie (nee Grass) Montgomery of Festus and the late Kenneth “LeRoy” Montgomery.  In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Angela “Angie” (nee Saputo) Montgomery and daughter Caitlin Montgomery of Festus, a brother, Denny (Charlene) Montgomery of Festus, sisters Sandy (Denny) Roth of Festus, Julie Montgomery of Festus and Debbie (David) Govero of Crystal City, Missouri. He was a Home Inspector for Social Services and a member of Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City.  He was a member of the VFW Post #3777 Men’s Auxiliary; Sons of the American Legion;  Glassworkers Country Club and Mississippi River Eagles. Eugene L. McFarland, age 81 of Festus, Missouri passed away Monday, July 19, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, Missouri.  He was born November 15, 1928 in Leadwood, Missouri the son of the late Lena Belle (nee Roux) and Leo Franz McFarland.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Evelyn (the late Donald) Dixon and his son Theodore “Ted” Michael (Dee survives) Koch. He is survived by his former spouse and dear friend Marcelene McFarland of Pevely, Missouri, a daughter Deborah (Richard) Isringhaus of Festus, a son Dale (Tammy) McFarland of Irvine, Texas and two grandchildren, Alissa Ann Barker and Scott Lynn Barker. He served in the United States Army, was a retired Turbine Technician at Turbine Blading Repair in St. Louis, Missouri, a member of the Festus/Crystal City Conservation Club and American Legion Post #253. William E. “Corky” Winkler, Jr., age 53, of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Crystal City.  He was born May 24, 1957 in Festus, Missouri the son of Doris “Susie” (nee Rhineberger) (John) Cracchiolo of Festus and William E. (Virginia) Winkler, Sr. of Festus.  In addition to his parents he is survived by  his wife, Tracey (nee Tripp) Winkler of Crystal City,  daughter, Jennifer Lynn (Josh) Morgan of Crystal City, sisters Connie (Jim) Barker of Festus, Margaret (Willie) Sago of Festus, Gail (Bill) Guidicy of Festus, Pam (Tony) Blanchard of Festus, brothers Alan (Kay) Sutton, Festus and Donnie Sutton, Festus.  He is also survived by grandsons Kaleb and Tyler Morgan, special nieces, Brouk and Hannah Sago and special nephew Chris (Niki) Barker, father-in-law Harry (the late Ann Louise  “Wezy”) Tripp of Festus,  sisters-in-law Tana (JT) Mulvaney of Festus, Tammy (Doug) Inman of Festus and one brother-in-law, Steve Tripp of Festus.  He was preceded in death by a son, Douglas E. Winkler, 1/7/99. He was a truck driver for Production Castings in Fenton, Missouri, he served 35 years on the Crystal City Volunteer Fire Department, was a member of Elks Lodge #1721 and the Festus/Crystal City Conservation Club. Rosa Marie Duren, 79, of Festus, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at her residence.  She was born November 17, 1930 in Bonne Terre, Missouri the daughter of the late Anna Bernice (nee Rickmann) and William Edward Cash.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant brother Charles Cash and a sister Mary Grana.  She is survived by her husband Robert “Popeye” Duren, daughters Becky (Don) Huskey of Mapaville, Missouri, Rhonda (Dennis) Mitchell of Herculaneum, Missouri, and Robin (Steve) Batts of DeSoto, Missouri, sons Ralph (Cheryl) Duren of Jefferson City, Missouri, and Rob (Janet) Duren of Warrenton, Missouri, 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  She was a member of Selma American Baptist Church of Festus. Darian, 93 of Farmington, Missouri, formerly of Kimmswick, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Camelot Nursing and Rehab Center in Farmington.  She was born April 15, 1917 in Bowling Green, Kentucky the daughter of the late Pernie (nee Martin) and Rueben Green.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Darian, sons William Kraemer, Vernon Kraemer and Freddy Darian Jr., 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.  She is survived by a daughter Janette (Mike) Ziegelmeyer of Farmington, sons Wayne (Dolores) Kraemer of Ste. Donald James Hess, age 92, of Ruston, Louisiana, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania passed away July 22, 2010 at the LSU Medical Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born in Crystal City, Missouri June 25, 1918, son of the late Francis Joseph Hess and Anna Mae (nee Bond) Hess.   In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother F. Joseph Hess, Jr. and a sister Patricia Mae Green.  He is survived by his wife of 67 years, LaVerne Margaret (nee Menk) Hess of Shaker Heights, Ohio, daughters Patricia (Donald) Walden of Ruston, Louisiana and Rita Holt of North Providence, Rhode Island, sons Charles (Jennie) Hess of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Donald Hess of Patterson, California, brothers Robert (Mary Lou) Hess, Thomas (Carol) Hess and Philip (Peg) Hess, 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was retired from PPG Industries of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as the Director of Human Relations with the Coating and Resin Division. He was a Fourth Degree Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus. He attended their Tuesday morning breakfast club in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania for many years. He was a Captain in the Quartermaster Corp in the Army of the U.S. during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion. Mr. Hess was an avid supporter of the arts, loved to golf, was a sexton at Our Lady of Grace Church in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania and Volunteered many years for the United Way. Mr. Hess was a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church of Ruston, Louisiana. A vigil services was held at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston, Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 2:00 PM.  In Missouri, visitation is at Vinyard Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 28, 2010.  Funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart Church, Crystal City, Missouri 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 29, 2010 with Fr. Stolzer, age 83, of Festus, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 24, 2010 at his residence.  He was born July 23, 1927 in Crystal City, Missouri the son of the late Oliver Stolzer and Leona Rose (nee Roth) Stolzer-Cash.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his step-father, Francis Cash, a daughter Janice Stolzer, brother, James Glenwood Stolzer and a sister Nelda Hall and a grandson Corey Michael Vandament.  He is survived by his wife, Edna (nee Schmidt) Stolzer of Festus, daughters Mary Vandament of Festus, Donna (Chris) Osborne of Festus, a son Robert (Debbie) Stolzer of St. Genevieve, grandchildren Brent Stolzer, Keary Stolzer, Kellen Stolzer, Delaney Osborne and Tim (Christine) Vandament and one great-grandson Alex Vandament. He was a WWII Army Air Corp veteran, a retired welder with Pittsburg Plate Glass Company, a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Festus/Crystal City Conservation Club. William James "Bill" Overstreet, Sr, 61, of Crystal City entered into rest July 29, 2010 at St Louis University Hospital. He was retired communication technician at AT&T. He was born May 14, 1949 in St Louis, MO. Survivors include his wife of 39 yrs, Gwendolyn (Bisch) Overstreet; son, Andre (Kim) Overstreet, daughter, Mamie Overstreet-Joeveer; grandchildren; and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Willie and Mattie (Guest) Overstreet; son, William "Jamie" Overstreet, Jr; and daughter, Nicole Overstreet. Reeder, age 104, of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Crystal Oaks Skilled Nursing Center in Crystal City.  She was born September 26, 1905 in St. Genevieve County, Missouri the daughter of the late Lucy (nee Pinkston) and Henry Clay Reeder.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters.  She is survived by a sister Ada Irene Cooper of Crystal City, nephew LeRoy (Barbara) Cooper of Festus, Missouri, nieces Lorraine Sabo of Cincinnati, Ohio and Barbara (Jim) Rosener of Desloge, Missouri and numerous other nieces and nephews. Pinson, 71 of DeSoto passed away on July 22, 2010, at her home.  Mrs. Pinson was a photo finisher at FoJo Studios in DeSoto and a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.  Born August 1, 1938 in DeSoto, she was the daughter of the late Michael "Mitchell" and Lucinda (Missey) Schutte. She is survived by her husband, James G. "Junior" Pinson Sr. of DeSoto; one son, James (Tammy) Pinson Jr. of Cadet; three daughters: Karen (Andy) Palazzola of St. Louis, Endie (Myron) Young of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Cindy (Eddie) Arnold of Hillsboro; two brothers: David (Ronda) Schutte of DeSoto and Glenn (Nadine) Schutte of DeSoto; one son-in-law, Gary Sloss of DeSoto; nine grandchildren: Jeremy, Sara, Tony, Shawn, Tanda, Brandon, Katie, Suzzy and Ellis; and eight great-grandchildren: Austin, Collin, Josh, Brittni, Alex, Harley, Darius and Kiana.  She was preceded in death by one son, Ben Coleman; one daughter, Michelle Sloss; one sister, Helen Pinson and two grandsons, Tyan and Kane. Angela M. "Pratt" Hunt, 91 of Crystal City passed away July 24, 2010 in Crystal City.  Mrs. Hunt was an assembler at the DeSoto Shoe Factory.  She was a member of Our Lady Catholic Church in Festus.  Born September 10, 1918, in Richwoods, she was the daughter of the late John and Lucille (Catlett) Recar.  She was preceded in death by two husbands: Raymond Pratt and Thomas Hunt. She is survived by her husband, Homer Richard Doughtery of Crystal City; four sons: Stanley (Phyllis) Pratt of Villa Ridge, Jerry (Ruth) Pratt of Arnold, Ronnie (Frances)  Pratt of South Carolina and Louis (Doris) Pratt of DeSoto; three daughter: Angela (Jerry) Voss of Oklahoma, Margaret (Bill) Kish of St, Charles and Celeste (Earl) Williamson of Crystal City; one daughter-in-law, Velda Pratt of Pacific; 23 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death one son, Ray Pratt; one brother, James Recar; and three sisters: Genevieve Pelikan, Estelle Rulo and Sally Coleman. Funeral Mass was to be held July 28 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, offficiated by the Rev. Alex Anderson.  Burial was in St. Joachim Catholic Cemetery in Old Mines.  Memorials may be made to Adopt an Angel at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School. Susan Ellsworth, 62, of DeSoto passed away July 26, 2010 in DeSoto.  Mrs. Ellsworth was a homemaker.  Born September 21, 1947 in Campbelll, she was the daughter of Magdalene (Johnson) Preslar of Lake Wappapello and the late Russel Preslar. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Terral W. Ellsworth of DeSoto; one son, Johny (Tabitha) Ellsworth of DeSoto; two daughters: Paula Ellsworth of DeSoto and Veronia (Ray) Mattingly of DeSoto; and four grandchildren: Ethan, Abigail, Kayla and Joseph. Venita Koch, 90 of DeSoto, passed away July 27, 2010 in Crystal City.  Mrs. Koch was a packer for the International Shoe Company and was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in DeSoto.  Born January 2, 1920 in Palmer, she was the daughter of the late Walter F. and Clara J. (Dicus) Montgomery.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman J. Koch. She is survived by two sons:  John "Jack" Koch Sr. of DeSoto and David L. Koch of DeSoto; five grandchildren: John Jr., Annette, Denise, Gary and Christine and seven great-grandchildren; Connor, Kayliey, Dalton, Garrett, Hailey, Avery and Ashlynn.  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Marita Davis; one brother, Herbert Montgomery; and two sisters, Anna Wright and Cynthia Edwards. Funeral services were held July 31 at Mahn Funeral Home, DeSoto Chapel, officiated by the Rev.
