William Charles “Bill” Meinhardt, age 86 of Festus, Missouri passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Crystal City, Missouri.  He was born September 30, 1924 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Rose (nee Parr) and William F. Meinhardt.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (nee Sykes) Meinhardt and two sisters, Alice Meinhardt and Sr. Vera Meinhardt. He is survived by a son, John (Tana) Meinhardt of Festus, Missouri, two daughters, Patricia “Pat” (Mike) Walker of Sabattus, Maine, Linda (Raul) Rodriguez of Hillsboro, Texas, a brother Donald (Jimmie) Meinhardt of Affton, Missouri and a sister Jane (Paul) Lindman of Old Monroe, Missouri, 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He served in World War II in the Merchant Marines, was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City and American Legion Post #253.  He was an automobile salesman in California prior to his retirement. Interment National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, Missouri.  Memorials preferred to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Lindell W. Fischer, age 66, of De Soto, MO, passed away February 2, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, MO. He was a Self-Employed Excavator and Truck Driver. Born January 5, 1945 in De Soto, Missouri. He was the son of the late John Fischer and survived by his mother Rebecca (nee Gowan) Fischer, De Soto, MO. He is also survived by his Brothers & Sisters: John L. (Pat) Fischer, De Soto, MO David Fischer, De Soto, MO, Ruth Fischer, De Soto, MO, Mary Fischer, Maplewood, MO. Linda S. Boyer,  63, of DeSoto passed away February 7, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City.  Mrs. Boyer was an administrator at the Tri City Senior Center.  Born June 18, 1947 in Frumet; she was the daughter of the late David F. and Sadie Mae (Sansoucie) Ketchum.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry L. Boyer. She is survived by one son, Jerry L. "Jeepers" (Tina) Boyer II of DeSoto; one daughter, Kimberly (Chris) Watkins of DeSoto and three grandchildren, Shelby Watkins, Whitney Boyer and Nicholas Boyer.  She was preceded in death by two siblings, David Ketchum and Juanita DeClue and two long-time friends, Delma "Whip" Johnson and Elaine Rust. Funeral services were held February 11 at Mahn Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. He was former Owner of Westland Pharmacy; Hillsboro Drug; Cedar Hill Drug; and Otto Drug Store. Born May 22, 1926 in Steele, Missouri, he was the son of the late William Luther and Flossie Rae (Cagle) Davis . He was also preceded in death by his wife Bettye Jo (Wallace) Davis. Richard John Hook, age 84 of Festus, Missouri passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Crystal City, Missouri.  He was born August 24, 1926 in Kimmswick, Missouri the son of the late Ivy A. (nee Herrell) and William J. Hook.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Carl William (Doris survives) Hook and Glenn M. Hook. He is survived by a brother, Myrl Hook and his wife Pat of Festus, Missouri, a niece Kathy Bungenstock and her husband Mark of Festus, a great-nephew Matthew Bungenstock and several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was a member of Rock Presbyterian Church, Imperial, Missouri and retired from the Maintenance Department at St. Louis Shipyards. Visitation from 12:00 Noon to time of service at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Vinyard Funeral Home, Festus with Rev. James L. “Jim” Hurley, 56 of DeSoto passed away February 7, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City.  Mr. Hurley was a carman inspector for Union Pacific Railroad.  Born July 24, 1954 in St. Louis; he was the son of Daisy (Miner) Patton of DeSoto and the late James Hurley. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carol (Wilson) Hurley of DeSoto; one son, James W. Hurley of DeSoto; two daughters, Tonya (Kevin M) Reed of DeSoto and Angela Hurley-Gannon of DeSoto; two brothers, Edward Patton of Texas and Don Patton of DeSoto; two sisters, Jeanne Linder of Festus and Laraine Welshon of DeSoto; and four grandchildren, Nathan, Macy, Kelly and Kaitlyn. Funeral services were held February 11, at Mahn Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Alexander Harvey Garner-Springsteen, 17, of Hillsboro entered into rest February 8, 2011 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis County.  Alexander was a student at Hillsboro High School.  Born April 8, 1993 in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of Janie (Harvey) and Paul Garner of Hillsboro and Douglas Springsteen of Scottsdale, Alaska. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Ian Nicola Garner of Hillsboro; Five grandparents: Yolanda Felicione Harvey, John and Susan Garner, Sharon Engle Beppler and Joseph Hiles: three great-grandparents: Paul and Jo Garner and Maxine Engle Lewis; 10 aunts and uncles: Rick and Carol Boyd, Dennis and Patricia Toboada, Richard Franklin Harvey, Chuck and Kristine Polasky, Cole and Mindy Cochran, Chad and Jessica Cochran,  Gary and Libby Brundick, Alison Garner and Benito Yates, Ian Million and Brandi Foster.  He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Frank Harvey; and two great-grandparents: Samuel and Ruth Sparks. Funeral services were to be held February 23 at Mahn Twin City Chapel, officiated by Patrick Kemper.  Burial was in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.

Born August 4, 1953 in Bonne Terre, MO, he was the son of the late Robert Clifton “Clif” and survived by his Mother Ada I. (Pierce) Brauch of Dittmer, MO. Carla Joan Adams, age 74 of Festus, Missouri passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri.  She was born June 28, 1936 in Festus the daughter of the late Ruth (nee Palmer) and Bealer Cockerham.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband David Lee Adams, a daughter Tammy Lea Adams and a brother Jack Cockerham. She is survived by two sons, Kim Paul Adams and his wife Janet of Barnhart, Missouri, Shane Brian Adams of Festus, 2 grandchildren Jason Adams and Laura Raineri and her husband Phillip. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City, Missouri. Graveside services to be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery at a later date officiated by Deacon Jerry Stoverink of Festus, Missouri.

Charles L. "Dal" Caldwell, 80, of Hillsboro (formerly of Mapaville) passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was a former assembly worker for General Motors, a United States Army veteran who served in the Korean War. He was also a member of UAW Local #25 and Sandy Baptist Church and loved fishing. Born July 31, 1930, in Black Oak, Arkansas to the late Charles A. and Edna (Carlile) Caldwell. He is survived by his son: Charles "Mike" Caldwell of Ft Wayne IN, Deniece (Mark) Boehm of Barnhart, MO, brothers: James Caldwell of Lake City, AR, Rex Caldwell of Jonesboro, AR and Bobby (Ida Sue) Caldwell of Lake City, AR, sister: Phyllis (Dub) Newell of Jonesboro, AR and grandchildren: Matthew Boehm and Cody Boehm. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Lucy (Strawbridge) Boehm who passed away in 1997. Lawrence  Frederick “Larry” Huber, age 66 of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at his residence.  He was born October 4, 1944 in Festus, Missouri the son of the late Lorine (nee Gibbs) and Frederick Benedict Huber.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Margaret (nee Seyfarth) Huber and a brother Charles (the late Kathleen) Huber. He is survived by a daughter Rebecca Parson and her husband Paul of Arnold, Missouri, two sisters JoAnn O’Shea and husband Steve of St. Louis, Missouri, Carole Seyfarth and husband Bill of French Village, Missouri and grandchildren Gavin, Carter and Margaret “Meg” Parson. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Crystal City, a retired Superintendent with the Crystal City Water Department, a United States Army Veteran, member of VFW Post #3777 and American Legion Post #253. Robert Melvin Baughn, age 94 passed away Friday, February 11, 2011 at Caregivers Inn in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.  He was born October 3, 1916 in Festus, Missouri, the son of the late Emma H. (nee Kurtz) and Harry P. Baughn. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Marcella (nee Polette) Baughn, brothers Norvel and James Ernest Baughn and a sister Hazel Martin. He is survived by two sons, Dennis Baughn of Wentzville, Missouri, Terry Baughn and wife Kelly of Pueblo, Colorado, three daughters, Sylvia Forster of St. Peters, Missouri, Rebecca Baughn of St. Charles, Missouri, Pamela Gossett and husband Dennis of St. Charles, grandchildren Ken Forster and wife Mary, Scott Forster and wife Melissa, Amy Montz and husband Roby, Mathew Baughn, Nick Gossett and wife Mandy, Zach Gossett, numerous great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Virginia “Alice” Goodwin, age 87 of Festus, Missouri passed away Friday, February 11, 2011 at Crystal Oaks Skilled Care in Crystal City, Missouri.  She was born Novembewin, step-mother Geneva (nee McCoy) Gooch, sisters Lucille Evans and Rebecca (the late Carl) Theis, brothers Bob (the late Ruth) Gooch and Earl (the late Charlotte) Gooch, Jr. and a granddaughter Christina Bridwell. She is survived by daughter Nancy (David) Bridwell of St. Louis, Missouri, sons Steve (Mary Gaye) Goodwin, Larry (Janet) Goodwin and Jay (Glenda) Goodwin, all of Festus, sister Martha (the late Harry) Anderson of Knoxville, Tennessee, brother Jim (Sue) Gooch of Piedmont, Missouri, sister-in-law Doris (the late Leon) McClanahan of Festus, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Born August 6, 1931 in De Soto, Missouri, he was the son of the late the Newton & Nora (nee Coleman) Johnston. He is survived by his Children: Verla (Lee) Butcher – Park Hills, MO, Debbie (Lou) Colmo – Imperial, MO, Clifford “ Kip, Jr.” Johnston – Festus, MO and Nathan (Pam) Johnston – Caseyville, IL; Brothers & Sisters: Preceded in death by siblings: Raymond “Buck”, Tony, Clyde, Gerald, & Nate Johnston; Della Vreeland, Mamie Cheek, Verle Harness, and Wilma Johnston.; Grandchildren:   10; Great Grandchildren: 17. Louis “Sandy” Wibbenmeyer,  age 82 of Festus, Missouri passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Scenic View Nursing Center, Herculaneum, Missouri.  He was born April 6, 1928 in Biehle, Missouri the son of the late Julia A. (nee Buchheit) and B. Henry Wibbenmeyer.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.He is survived by a son, Craig A. Wibbenmeyer of Festus, his former wife Eleanor A. (nee Rogers) Wibbenmeyer-Watts, a sister Marsella M. Hargan and her husband Ray of Media, Missouri and two brothers Othmer (the late Trula) Wibbenmeyer of Perryville, Missouri and Donald Wibbenmeyer of Florissant, Missouri. Walter L. Griffith, Sr., 70, of Hillsboro passed away February 14, 2011 at his home.  Mr. Griffith was a carpenter and a member of the Carpenters Union.  Born March 28, 1940, in Poplar Bluff; he was the son of the late Frank and Lillian (Emerson) Griffith.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Elaine Griffith. He is survived by four sons: Walter Griffith Jr. of St. Louis, Richard S. Griffith, Sr of Arnold, Bryan (Annette) Griffith Sr. of Sullivan and Robert Griffith of Pensacola, Florida; two daughters: Sandra (Cary) Becker of St. Louis and Evonne Swofford of St. Louis; one brother, Ralph Griffith of Hillsboro; one sister, June Ross of North Carolina.  He was preceded in death by two siblings:  Charles Griffith and Ruth Couch. Johnston, 94, of Fredericktown passed away February 15, 2011 at Claru DeVille Nursing Center in Fredericktown.  Mrs. Johnston was a homemaker.  Born May 17, 1916 in Ford City, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sophia (Selincarage) Sedosky.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur G. Johnston. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Irene Hampton, brother Jim Bales and wife Winnie, and 2 brother-in-laws Clarence Roush and Al Christensen. He was a retired electrician, a 50 year member of IBEW Local #1, Webster Groves Masonic Lodge, Mississippi River Eagles #4341, Benton Co. Elks #2783 in Warsaw, Missouri, VFW #3777 Men’s Auxiliary and the AMVETS #76 Auxiliary in Clearwater, Florida. Memorial Service to be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 16, 2011 in the VFW Post #3777 Annex, Festus with Mr. Greg Harned officiating.  Mr. Bales gifted his remains to St. Louis University School of Medicine.

Blum, 51, of De Soto entered into rest February 17, 2011, at his home.  Mr. Blum was a retired bricklayer.  Born December 30, 1959, in Festus; he was the son of Janet (Rundel) Blum of De Soto and the late John J. Blum. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carol (Weir) Blum of De Soto; one son, Wayne (Jodi) Haws of De Soto; three grandchildren: Madison, Bethany and Christian; and two brothers: Cary D. (Teresa) Blum of De Soto and Russell J. Blum of De Soto.  He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Charles H. “Bub” Blum. Funeral services were held February 22, 2011 at Mahn De Soto Chapel, officiated by Deacon Ed Boyer.  Burial was private.  Arrangements were by Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years John Fischer, daughters Gerri Brown and husband Bill of Doniphan, Nebraska and Gayle Edwards and husband Billie of Festus, grandchildren Stacia Marie Willis of Sacramento, California, Shayne Richard Edwards of Festus, Brian J. (Lise’) Edwards of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jeremy W. Edwards of Oklahoma City and Chandra Edwards of Oklahoma. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Allene “Nook” Willm and survived by brother-in-law Carl L. (Peggy) Willm of Festus, niece Sue (Don) Martin of Festus and nephew Carl “Tim” (Midge) Willm of Festus. Jan D. Woods, known as J.D. to friends and relatives, entered into rest on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at his residence in Cadet. J.D. was born to Jesse and Ruth (Nee Underwood) Woods on January 16, 1939 in Bunny, Arkansas. He married his sweetheart, Patsy (Nee Moore) Woods on October 26, 1957 in Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Patsy; a son, Dariel L. (Denise) Woods of DeSoto; daughters: Janet C. (Glenn) Gaugh of New Haven and Lisa M. (Dennis) Pello of Salida, CO; brothers: Welton Woods of Jonesburg, MO and Tony Woods of Paragould, AR; sisters: Gwin Anderson of Caraway, AR, Trudy Gullett of Farmington, MO, Sonya Douglas of Arkansas, and Donna Loven of Lake City, AR; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Ronnie Woods, Gary Woods, and Terry Woods; and a sister, Jessie Ahlemeyer. J.D. was an assembler at the Chrysler plant in Fenton until his retirement. He enjoyed the great outdoors and was a member of the National Rifle Association. Rev. Henneman, age 56 of Crystal City, Missouri passed away Sunday, February 20, 2011 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center is St. Louis County, Missouri.  He was born October 2, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Alma Dolores (nee Thieret) Henneman of Herculaneum, Missouri and the late Anthony Louis Henneman. He is survived by sisters Charlotte Gilbert of Newport News, Virginia, nieces Judy Fox of Williamsburg, Virginia, Cheryl Wren and husband Steve of Crystal City and Lisa Underwood-Harshe and husband Don of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, nephews Bryan Gilbert and wife Kimberly of Suffolk, Virginia and Michael Gilbert and wife Melissa of Lanexa, Virgina. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a sister Dolores Underwood. He was a warehouseman for Verallia Corporation (formerly Saint Gobain) in Pevely, Missouri for 30 years. Cox.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife Linda (nee Boyer) Cox and a son Gary Wayne Cox who died in infancy. He is survived by his wife Beverly (nee Reece) Cox of Festus, a step-son Eddie Blaylock and his wife Shael of Festus, a step-daughter Angie Dickison and her husband Rod of Festus, a brother Gale Robert Cox and his wife Karen L. of Herculaneum, Missouri, a sister Diane Litton and her husband Marty of Festus and four grandchildren, Kassey and Shawn Blaylock and Rodney and Lexi Dickison. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, retired from Jefferson County Development Services, a member of the Community Improvement Association in DeSoto, Missouri and a member of the Radiant Life Pentecostal Church of Festus where he played with the praise and worship team and he was also a well-known local musician. Downes, 83, of DeSoto passed away February 21, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City.  Mrs. Downes was a homemaker and was retired from Silver Dollar City.  Born January 8, 1928 in Sparta, MO; she was the daughter of the late William Everett and Rosa (Bookout) Gass.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R Downes. She is survived by three daughters, Linda (Paul) Whitaker of DeSoto, Cathy Heckmaster of Springfield and Barbara (Don)) Kidwell of Lee Summit; one son, David (Patty) Downes of Newman, GA; one brother, Paul (Shirley) Gass of Sparata; one sister, Lucille Heckmaster of Joplin; seven grandchildren, Beth, Becki, Julia, Matt, Cody, Meghan and Dylan; and severn great-grandchildren, Austin, Joshua, Nate, Allison, Sarah, Gabriel and Gideon.  She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Katie; four brothers, Lester Gass, Millard Gass, William Gass, and Walter Gass; and four sister, Vesta Griffin, Mabel Riley, Dorothy Thompson and Golda Gass. Ralph L. Jones, Sr., 70, of De Soto entered into rest February 21, 2011, at his home.  Mr. Jones was a welder for Nordyne Corporation in St. Louis.  Born June 24, 1940 in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Herman and Josephine (Vonderhaar) Jones. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Jackson) Jones of De Soto: five sons: Ralph (Barbara) Jones Jr., of Chino, California, Robert (Andrea) Jones of Colorado, Richard Jones of Tennessee, Ronald Jones of Arizona and Justin Jones Sr. of De Soto; two daughters: Melanie Jackson of De Soto and Nicole Jackson; three close friends: David Long, Jack Carter and Rachel Tetreault; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two sons: Sean Jeffery Jones and Shane David Jones; and four siblings: Melvin Jones, Ronald Jones, Donald Jones and Ruth Ann Tockstein. Joyce Creasman, 66, of DeSoto passed away February 24, 2011, at her home.  Mrs. Creasman worked in the housekeeping department at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.  Born September 9, 1944, in St. Louis; she was the daughter of the late Otto and Laura (Crabtree) Burns.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Creasman. She is survived by two sons, Mark Griffin of Arnold and Gregory Creasman of DeSoto;  three daughters, Anita (David) Gipson of Bonne Terre, Kimberly (Thomas) Syron of DeSoto and Joby Creasman of St. Louis, six grandchildren, Alicia, Ashley, Anthony, Alexis, Sierra and Savannah, two great-grandchildren, Elias and Noah; special friend, Michael Ciaccio, one brother, Carl Burns of Florissant, and one sister, Glenna Bell of Salem.  She was preceded in death by four siblings, Doyle Burns, Billy Joe Burns, Shirley Heitman and Wanda Evans. She was born October 10, 1950, in St Louis, to Corinne (Harrison) Cantrell of St Petersburg, FL and the late James Brown. She had worked as a welder at Edge Manufacturing in Pevely, MO up until her retirement. In addition to her mother she is survived by sons: John Paul Dixon of St Charles, MO and Joe Dixon of Fenton, MO; daughters: Angie (Brian) Reheisse of DeSoto, MO and Melissa Dixon of Festus, MO; special friend, Terry Hoberg; sisters: Pat (Larry) Heibel of Farmington,MO, Ruthy Ratty of St Petersburg, FL and Deloris (Don) Mattingly of St Petersburg, FL; 5 grandchildren: Amanda Dixon, Felecia Dixon, Corey Brewer, Vincent Mueller and Anney Mueller; and 1 great grandchild, Olivia Reprogle. Esperance Hermene Dixon Drury, age 93, passed away at Blue Mt. Hospital in John Day, Oregon February 26, 2011.  She was born November 7, 1917 in Herculaneum, Missouri the daughter of the late Joseph V. Karl and Francis (nee Dixon) Karl.  She attended high school in Herculaneum, graduating in 1934. She married John E. Drury Sr. at the Lebanon Baptist Church in Danby, Missouri on November 27, 1936. She traveled extensively every year from 1949 to 2000 and she enjoyed photography. She was a member of the Scared Heart Catholic Church in Crystal City, Missouri. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John E. Drury Sr., brother Meloie Karl, sisters Audrey Gazolla and Hortense Basler; son John E. Drury Jr. and grandson Taner Scott Gilliam. She is survived by her son David L. Drury of  Mt. Thomas “Tom” Ivacic, age 61, of Festus, MO, passed away February 26, 2011 at John Cochran VA Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. He was a Salesman at Boehmler Chevrolet. Born April 14, 1949 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Eleanor (Corrado) and Duane Ivacic. He is survived by his Father & Mother-in-Law:  Duane & June Hollock, De Soto, MO (preceded in death by Mother-in-Law:  Rosie Lee Hollock). He is also survived by his wife Deborah “Debbie” (Hollock) Ivacic, Festus, MO; Two Daughters:  Amy (Jason Bousman) Ivacic, Festus, MO and Erin Ivacic, Festus, MO (preceded in death by one daughter, Alicia Ivacic); Brothers: Twin Brother:  Frank Ivacic, San Clemente, CA, Jim (Carol) Ivacic, Greensboro, NC; Brother-in-Law:  Angelo Verlingo, Alta Loma, CA; Brother-in-Law: Mark (Maureen) Hollock, Riverside, CA (preceded in death by a brother, Vincent Ivacic; a sister, Patty Verlingo; a half brother, Bill Miller). Maudie Lea Meeks, age 82 of Festus, Missouri passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Crystal City, Missouri. She was born September 27, 1928 in Wirth, Arkansas the daughter of the late Fletcher James and Janie (nee Jones) James. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Julius D. Meeks and brothers Amos (the late Alta) and Grover (the late Naomi) James. She is survived by daughters Juanita Johnson and her husband John of Mohavie Valley, AZ, Mary Louise Childress and her husband David of Festus, Donna Kay Meeks of Festus and a son Arthur Ray Meeks of Festus, 6 grandchildren and a sister Margaret (the late Don) Goins, Thayer, Missouri. Mrs. Meeks was a homemaker and Member of the Twin City Church of Christ, Festus, Missouri. Visitation  Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 11:30 A.M. until services at 1:00 P.M. at Vinyard Funeral Home, Festus, Missouri officiated by Pastor Patrick Adam of Twin City Church of Christ, Festus, Missouri . Ruth I. (Boyer) Kemper, 92 years, of Imperial, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Hillcrest Care Center in DeSoto. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, quilting, dancing and embroidery. She was a member of the St Lawrence Catholic Church in Bloomsdale. Born January 28, 1919, in Bloomsdale to the late George F. and Mary Ella (Beckemeyer) Boyer. She was married to the late Harry J. Kemper. She is survived by her son: Paul (Shirley) Kemper of Assumption, IL, daughters: Rosemary (Joe) Gibbar of Perryville,MO, Anna Mae (Roy) Schoenebeck of St Louis, MO, Helen (Ron) Ramsey of Desoto, MO, and Peggy (Rich) Moehlmann of Imperial, MO, sister: Mae Dickerson of Sedgewickville, MO, 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Joe and Landry Boyer, grandchild: Annette Ramsey, great grandchild: Lynn Politte and great great grandchild: Xavier Vaughn. Funeral mass to be held on Wednesday, March 2 at 10AM at St Lawrence Catholic Church in Bloomsdale. Visitation Tue from 5-8pm at Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
